I think it war should only happen when its actually necessary, for example the war in Iraq right now is unnessesary and the government is spending incredible amounts of money, when nothing is being resolved.
War is not necessary!
War isn't going to solve a problem it just takes the problem to an entirely new level

I think war is completey unecessary and that issues can be resolved peacefully through talking
I don't think war necessarily solves a problem, I believe it just puts more debt on countries and kills off young individuals.
